Warranty
All Topaz & Co. jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Contact with water (including swimming, showering, or exposure to rain)
  • Exposure to chemicals (such as cleaning agents, perfumes, or lotions)
  • Physical damage from metal objects or excessive force

If your jewellery breaks or is found to be faulty within this warranty period and has not been subjected to the conditions outlined above, we offer a replacement or a full refund where possible.

Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons unless they arrive broken or faulty. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss your options for a replacement or refund.
